Katie Carpenter - Owner/Lead Designer

After earning a Fine Arts degree and working as a designer and shopper in the film industry, Katie turned her passion for creating meaningful spaces into a business built around "styling for the soul."

She has worked with hundreds of clients across the Southeast, helping transform houses into homes that reflect the people who live in them. A winner of the Mitzi Design Challenge, Katie is known for blending timeless style with practical solutions that work with everyday life.

As a mom of two and a proud pet parent to three furry friends, Katie knows firsthand that great design isn't only about looking good, it's about creating functional spaces that can handle sticky-fingered toddlers, memorable holiday hosting, and everyday life.

Allison Bachor - Junior Designer

Hawaii-born Allison joined the Vessoul Design team in March 2026 and recently graduated with her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design. She is passionate about creating thoughtful, timeless spaces that blend beauty, functionality, and the unique stories of the people who live in them.

Inspired by the details that make a house feel like home, Allison enjoys every stage of the design process - from developing concepts and selecting materials to bringing the final vision to life.

Outside of the studio, she enjoys exploring Atlanta’s design scene, traveling, and finding inspiration through architecture, art, and everyday moments.

Barbara Rietscha - Bookkeeper
